Erin M. Houston, 34, ofPekin passed away at 8:55 pm Sunday, March 9, 2008 in the emergency room at Pekin Hospital. Erin was born November 7, 1973 in Pekin, IL to LeRoy and Kathy (Bass) Houston. She is survived by: her mother, Kathy (and Stan) Lundy of Pekin; her father, LeRoy Houston Sr. of Bland, MO; one son, Seth Houston of Pekin; one brother, Leroy (Melissa) Houston of Pekin; one sister, Melissa Houston of Morton, IL; one step brother, Chris (Elizabeth) Lundy of Pekin; step sister, Jesscia Lundy of Watauga, TX; nephews, Hunter Christensen and Dillon Wooden both of Morton, Kaleb and Adyn Houston of Pekin and Marlon Lundy of Fortworth, TX; maternal grandparents, Walter and Partricia Lohmann Sr.; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding in death are her maternal grandfather, Clifford Dean Bass, faternal grandparents, Cloie and Walter Houston and maternal great grandgrandmother, Lucille Adcock. Erin was a Production Assistant Manager for twelve years at Excalibur Seasonings in Pekin last working Friday, March 7, 2008. Erin was of the Baptist faith. She was an honorary Boatin' Belle. She was a member of the PCHS Basketball boosters. While in high school she was a member of Future Business Leaders of America. She enjoyed doing ceramics and reading. Her son, Seth was the joy of her life.
