Eleanor K. Anderson

Eleanor K. Anderson, 96, of Pekin passed away at 1:50 PM Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Pekin Manor. Eleanor was born on February 2, 1922 in Chicago, IL to Clyde and Agnes (Yoki) Caesar. She married Harry O. Anderson on September 25, 1944 in Chicago. He passed away on February 25, 1998. She was preceded in death are her parents and one sister, Delores Caesar. Surviving are: three sons, Timothy (Jan) Anderson of Manito, IL, Rory Anderson of Pekin and Chet Anderson of Redlands, CA; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; one brother, Lawrence Caesar of Florida. Eleanor enjoyed spending time at the family cabin on East Silent Lake near Dent, MN. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be no services. Private inurnment will be at a later date in Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, IL next to her husband. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory in Pekin is in charge of the arrangements.
