Edythe J. Judson

Edythe J. Judson, 87, of Pekin, IL passed away at 12:16 PM Monday, November 14, 2016 at Grand View Alzheimer's Special Care Center in Peoria. Edythe was born March 21, 1929 in Peoria, IL to Victor and Helen F. (Glunz) Judson. She was preceded in death by her parents and one nephew Surviving are: three sisters, Eleanor Neikirk of Manito, Ann (Kenneth) Lutz of Delavan, IL, and Marietta Wells of Pekin; three nieces; two nephews; one grandniece and four grandnephews. Edythe worked at Kinkade Supply Company in Peoria for many years. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church where she played the piano and was a member of the YAM Class. Edythe enjoyed seeing children and especially looked forward to time spent with her grandniece and grandnephews.Another joy in her life was the fellowship she shared with the members of Grace United Methodist Church and her family would like to thank those in her church family for their friendship. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Glendale Memorial Gardens with Rev. Joel Catlin officiating.There will be no visitation.
