Edna Clarabel Owen

Edna Clarabell Owen, 87 of Oceanside Ca, passed away at 11:59 pm, Friday December 15, 2023 in Vista, Ca. She was born in Pekin, IL on October 21, 1936 to Henry & Edna (Stone) Sarff. She married Joseph P. Owen in 1960. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2020. Clarabell was also preceded by her parents. She is survived by; two sons, Jim and Steven, three grandchildren, Davis, Rylee and Noah Owen; and one brother, Bill Sarff of Pekin. Clar worked for Blackhawk Junior High from 1975 to 1993. She grew up a member of the First Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting and attending sporting events that Pat or her grandchildren participated. Her Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, January 5, 2024 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory, 2131 Velde Dr., Pekin, IL. A visitation will be held one hour prior, also at the funeral home from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
