E. Marie Harris, 96, of Lincoln, IL formerly of Pekin, IL passed away at 6:08 PM Sunday, July 7, 2013 at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln. Marie was born May 23, 1917 in Detroit, IL to Nathanial B. and Bertha M. (Sneeden) Harris. Preceding in death is her parents, two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Marie was a LPN in the Pittsfield, IL area for many years. She loved gardening. Cremation has been accorded. Burial of her cremated remains will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Blue River Cemetery near Detroit, IL. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory in Pekin is in charge of the arrangements.
