Douglas Eugene Phillips

Douglas Eugene Phillips, 63 of Canton, IL passed away at 4:00 pm, Monday, November 3,2025 at Graham Hospital Association in Canton.

Douglas was born to George and Phyllis (Russel) Phillips in Peoria on May 29, 1962. His parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by: two brothers, Kevin (Tonya) Phillips of Pekin, and Robert Phillips of Canton; and two nieces, Lindsey and Natalie.

Douglas was a graduate of Pekin High School. He worked at T.C.R.C. in Tremont and was a long-time resident of Twin Oaks in Pekin. He will be greatly missed by his families in both Illinois and Tennessee.

Cremation has been accorded and burial will be Crump Cemetery, Crump, Hardin County, Tennessee. A celebration of Douglas’ life will be held at a later date.
