Dorothy Eldert

Dorothy Eldert, 82, of Pekin passed away at 8:13 am Friday, October 05, 2007 in the emergency room at Pekin Hospital. Dorothy was born November 21, 1924 in Peoria to Walter and Norma Thompson Harkins. She married Ronald Eldert Sr. He passed away in 1986. Surviving are: one son, Ronald (and Connie) Eldert of Pekin; two grandsons, Terry Eldert of Pekin and Jeffrey (and Julia) Eldert of Henderson, NV; five great grandchildren, Marissa, Bryar, Olivia, Maegan and Hannah Eldert; one brother, Glenn Harkins of Washington, IL; one sister, Nancy Harkins of Bartonville, IL. Dorothy's grandchildren were the love of her life. She enjoyed crocheting.
