Doris Bartels, 84 of Pekin passed away at 5:47 am, Friday, March 22, 2013 at the home of her sister and brother-in-law. Doris was born February 15, 1929 in Manito, Illinois to Clarence and Edna (Smith) Bartels. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister She is survived by one sister, Donna (James) Carter of Pekin. She was a homemaker.
