David Teufel

David Teufel, 70, of Pekin, passed away 11:15 AM, Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Kindred Hospital in Peoria. He was born on August 10, 1947 in Peoria, IL to Frederick and Dorothy (Haskett) Teufel Sr. He married Jackie Driskell. She passed away November 15, 2015. He then married Vicki Stanton Rybolt on March 3, 2018 at New Heights Church in Peoria. She survives. Dave was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, David Teufel Jr and Donald Larkin. Surviving are; one son, Denis Larkin of Mapleton; two daughters, Michelle (Jeffery) Myers, Daviann (Mark) Wilde of England; two brothers, Fred Teufel Jr and William Teufel; two sisters, Margaret Schwindenhammer and Maggie Heskett; three granddaughters; one niece, Samantha Heskett; and one nephew, Fred Alfred Heskett. Dave was a member of New Heights Fellowship Church in Peoria. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and playing pool. He was very good with numbers. His greatest joy was lending a helping hand to his children. A memorial service will be held at New Heights Fellowship Church on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 4:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to New Heights Fellowship Church, 2900 N.
