David G. Edwards

David G. Edwards, 26, of Mapleton, IL passed away at 6:30 PM Monday, March 9, 2020 at Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. David is the son of Grant Vincent and Catherine (Stuber) Edwards. He was born in Peoria on March 31, 1993. He is preceded in death by his twin brother, Daniel Vincent Edwards. He passed away on December 14, 2019. He is survived by parents, Vince and Cathy; one brother, Josh Edwards; one sister, Jeanette Edwards; grandparents, Skip and Phyllis Stuber of Tremont and Reola Edwards of Decatur; sister-in-law, Randi Edwards; one nephew Roman Edwards. David loved all sports. He was very loyal to his family and friends. His main focus was always to help others. David's Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 14, 2020at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory, 2131 Velde Dr. in Pekin with his uncle Robert Edwards officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 13th from 4:00-7:00 PM at funeral home. Burial will be in Maple Ridge Cemetery.
