Darlene R. Spiesz

Darlene R. Spiesz, 85, of Pekin, IL passed away at 10:25 PM on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at her home.

Darlene was born on December 24, 1940 in Pekin, IL to Jacob and Alice (Fisher) Martin. She married Darrell R. Spiesz in 1958. He passed away on March 11, 2015.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Daryl E. Spiesz; one brother, Robert Martin; three sisters, Frances Scalf, Marlene Johnson, Dixie Bugg.

Surviving are: one daughter, Kelly (Brad) Volk; three grandchildren, Dana Gioviannia, Heather Blackorby, and Daryl Spiesz Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Rylan Davis, Jalen Davis, and Rowan Trumpy.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Lakeside Cemetery. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
