Dale Oltman

Dale H. Oltman, 75, of Pekin, IL passed away at 11:50 AM Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the Pekin Boat Club. Dale was born on November 11, 1938 in Pekin, IL to Harvey L. and Virginia M. (Fisher) Oltman. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Darrell Oltman and one sister, Darlene Stockwell. Surviving is: four daughters, Dalelynn Lapuh of Miles City, MT, Jackie (Wayne) Masseth of Horace, North Dakota, Crisi (PJ) Antonini of Pekin and Pamela Hale of Licking, MO; two sons, Troy Oltman of Springfield, MO and Derek Stout of Pekin; one sister, Diana 'Jeanie' Roberts of Washington, IL; 10 grandchildren, Blake Stout, Dereka Stout, Landen Antonini, Lainee Antonini, Dakota Oltman, Mandy Lapuh, Lacey, Ashley, Laura and Adam Masseth; numerous great grandchildren. Dale served in the Illinois Air National Guard and was a policeman for the City of Pekin for 30 years retiring in 1995. He was a member of the Pekin Boat Club, Bartonville American Legion and Pekin Gun Club. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Friday, September 5, 2014 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory 2131 Velde Dr. Pekin.Cremation will be accorded after visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Pekin Boat Club.
