Cynthia Jean Elliott

Cynthia "Cindy" Jean Elliott, 68 of Hanna City passed away at 2:20 am, Saturday, January 08, 2022 at her home. She was born to Cyrus and Dona (Lambert) Severs on March 27, 1953 in Peoria, IL. She married Kenneth Dahlstrom. She later married the love of her life, Kevin Elliott on October 19, 1991 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on February 17, 2016. Cindy was also preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Robert Severs. She is survived by; one daughter, Jody (John) McKinty of Yates City; two grandchildren, Jacklyn and Ashlynn McKinty; one brother, Ronald(Lila) Severs of Sawyer, MN; two beloved nephews, and one niece. Cindy was a member of Salem Lutheran church. She owned and operated Kevin and Cindys Hanna City Tap. She previously owned Cindys Caf, Cindys 116 and Kevin and Cindys Caf. She enjoyed camping, fishing and vacations. In her rare time off, she loved to hang out with friends, and enjoy her grandchildren. She had a strong work ethic, and enjoyed her work very much. A Celebration of Cindys Life will be held beginning at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Kevin and Cindys Hanna City Tap. Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children Hospital.
