Charlotte Rybolt

Charlotte A. Rybolt, 77, of Pekin, IL passed away at 5:47 PM Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at home with her family by her side.

Charlotte was born on September 4, 1949 in Peoria, IL to William Edward and Myrtle (Dobbs) Rybolt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Thomas Edward Rybolt and David Lee Rybolt and grandson, Joshua Manley.

Surviving are: two daughters, Brandi (Charles) Wallis of Pekin and Cathy (Jeremy Stapp) Hertz of Peoria; one brother, Stanley E. (Cindy) Rybolt; five grandchildren, Sarah Ullrich, Lindsay Manley, Jacob Manley, Breanna (Taylor) Highley and Robert Alexander; six great grandchildren, Camden, Maisy, Magnolia, Braxten, Blaine and Abel. She took great delight in the anticipation of a new great granddaughter on the way.

Charlotte worked at Proctor Hospital for many years.

A celebration of Charlotte’s life will be from 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM Sunday, October 11th at Liberty Village 1520 El Camino Dr., Pekin, IL. Cremation has been accorded. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with Charlotte’s arrangements.
