Carolyn C. Kaminski

Carolyn Kaminski, 77, of Chillicothe passed away at 1:58 pm, Friday, January 5, 2024, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born in Milwaukee, WI on August 6, 1946, to Erwin W. and Veronica A. (Zdanczwicz) Kaminski. Carolyn was proceeded in death by her parents and three siblings. She is survived by seven children, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and three siblings. Carolyn gave her life to Jesus Christ and worshipped at Northwoods Community Church. She was always busy either caring for her large family, working, traveling, or landscaping. She retired from OSF Hospital in Peoria as a CNA in the Cardiac ICU for 21 years. Carolyn took great pride in her work as a CNA and believed all patients should leave her care feeling better than she found them. She previously worked at Bergners, Chillicothe True Value Hardware, and the Dolph House. All that were fortunate enough to have had her prepare them a meal, recollect her cooking with great fondness. She cherished fellowship with all she met. Although she is now with her Savior, she will be missed by the many that love her.
