Betty H. Farris

Betty H. Farris, 64, of Pekin passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014 peacefully in her home. Betty was born on November, 7, 1949 in Onia, Arkansas to Ross and Gladys Roper. Betty is survived by one son, Tony Farris of Pekin; two granddaughters Kayla DesRochers of Pekin and Brittany Farris of East Peoria; two great grandchildren,Braydan and Quinn DesRochers of Pekin, along with a host of family and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Curtis Roper. To know Betty was to lover her, she dedicated her life to helping others and spending all of her time with her son, granddaughters and great grandchildren. Betty will be missed dearly by all. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Onia, Arkansas. Burial will be in Big Springs Cemetery in Onia. Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of her arrangements.
