Betty Estes

Betty J. Estes, 80, of Pekin, IL passed away at 11:35 AM Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Pekin Hospital. Betty was born on January 31, 1935 in Norris, IL to Geno and Marguerite (Dalmasso) Ferro. She married Robert Estes on February 26, 1956 in Canton, IL. Her parents preceded her in death. Surviving are: her husband, Robert of Pekin; one daughter, Stacey (Matt) Seei of Dunlap, IL; two grandchildren, Cassandra and Ryan Seei both of Dunlap; one sister, Patricia (Loren) Cooper of Jacksonville, IL. Betty was a beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She worked at Caterpillar for ten years before pursuing a life of motherhood. She enjoyed spending time dining out with her family and friends and spoiling her grandchildren. She attended First United Methodist Church in Pekin. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, April 13, 2015 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory 2131 Velde Dr. Pekin with Rev. Judy Doyle officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM -5:00 PM Sunday, April 12 at the funeral home. Entombment will be in American Mausoleum in Peoria. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church 1315 Court St. Pekin, IL 61554.
