Benjamin K. "Ben" Sheckler

Benjamin K. 'Ben' Sheckler, 22, of Pekin, IL passed away at 6:50 PM Friday, October 20, 2017 at his home. Ben was born on September 25, 1995 in Pekin to Monroe and Dodie (Long) Sheckler. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather. Surviving are: his parents, Monroe and Dodie of Pekin; four brothers, Tim Sheckler, Steve (Amanda) Sheckler, Mike (Ida) Sheckler and Ted Sheckler all of Pekin; maternal grandmother, Carol Long of Pekin; niece, Scarlette Sheckler of Pekin. Ben was attending Illinois Central College. He enjoyed playing the keyboard and working on his computer. A visitation celebrating Ben's life will be from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory 2131 Velde Dr. in Pekin.
