Barbara L. Harvey

Barbara L. Harvey, 74, of 215 W. Sam J. Stone Ave. Peoria and formerly of Pekin and Oregon, IL passed away at 1:10 am Thursday, June 7, 2007 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. Barbara was born on January 2, 1933 in Dixon, IL to Dwight and Helen Gentry Price. She married Robert L. Harvey on March 1, 1975. He survives of Peoria. Also surviving are: one daughter, Elizabeth (and Duane) Johnson of Havana, IL; two step sons, Robert (and Nancy) Harvey of Mapleton, IL and Richard (and Deborah) Harvey of East Peoria, IL; one step daughter, Jeanne (and Jeff) Springer of Gainesville, GA; one brother, Spencer (and Mina) Price of Oregon, IL; six grandchildren; twelve great grand children. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dwight Price Jr. Barbara was a registered nurse for many years. She last worked as a provider for Davies Square in Pekin. She was a former member of the Lions Club of Pekin. She enjoyed bowling, golf and was an avid reader.
